The worst hotel in neil island

Probably the worst hotel I could have gone to in neil island. The staff was totally incorporative and even denied the room availability even though the room was available. The receptionist asked for double the amount for the normal room for his personal greed. After an hour or so of arguing, we were given a room. I would recommend everyone to not go to this hotel whatsoever.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable resort, and it exceeded all my expectations. The resort is okay but the staff is terrible especially the one in the neil island. We forgot our earbuds and within 3-4 minutes we came back to our room to find out that the drawers were opened and our earbuds were stolen. We checked in the whole room but nothing was found. Their beach arrangement and vibe is nice but do remember to keep your things extra safe as their staff is not reliable and will not help you in any case.
